Se utilizan implantes mamarios de diferente tamaño, de superficie texturizada, de gel de silicóna o de solución salina de acuerdo a las elecciones conjuntas con la paciente en la consulta preoperatoria.

La cirugía dura 1 hora aproximadamente. El implante se puede colocar a través de una incisión en el pliegue submamario, alrededor de la areola o por la vía axilar.

Jutta was concerned about the sagginess of her breasts.
Our impression was that Jutta´s breasts were not at all as saggy as she seemed to think, there was only very moderate droopiness, and it seemed that simple restoration of breast volume would be more than sufficient.
We performed submuscular breast augmentation with 290cc anatomical silicone gel implants with a periareolar (nipple) incision.
Since there was not much skin excess, this was enough to restore a very natural and female breast shape.
The periareolar scars are very subtle and in most cases not noticeable.
In Jutta´s case, the scar did nearly fade completely (which cannot solely be contributed to us, she is generally blessed with very favourable scarring).

Alina was the ideal brazilian butt lift candidate.
She had fairly flat buttocks and significant deposits of excess fat on her thighs and abdomen that she wanted to get rid of.
We performed jet assisted fat harvest, and were able to harvest 600 cc of fat graft for each side.
Aline was unaware of the possibility of fat transfer to the buttocks when she first approached us.
She was primarily looking for a surgeon with experience in body jet liposuction.

This patient did initially ask for buttock augmentation with implants.
She was under the impression that her fat would not be enough for a Brazilian butt lift.
Buttock augmentation with implants is a somewhat problematic procedure, at least from our point of view.
We performed jet assisted fat harvest, mostly from Ramona’s love handles and flanks, and endolaser shaping of the infragluteal fold.
We were able to harvest 400 cc of fat graft for each side.
The success of Ramona’s Brazilian butt lift “procedure was not only the good”take” of her fat grafts, but also the dramatic effect of molding the tissues surrounding her buttocks , the “accentuation”.

When am I social after rhinoplasty ?
Usually after one week after rhinoplasty surgery.

When do I see the final result of my rhinoplasty ?
Removal of humps on the back of the nose in rhinoplasty is visible immediately, there is always some degree of swelling which may take some weeks to resolve.

Do I have to stay in hospital after rhinoplasty?
For maximum patient safety we prefer a one night stay after rhinoplasty surgery, in case any bleeding occurs after the procedure.
This is very rare, but we prefer to be cautious.

Will I be able to breathe better after rhinoplasty?
In about 70% of rhinoplasty operations, we perform correction of the septum or turbinectomy together with the aesthetic rhinoplasty.
This improves breathing.
It is our quality protocol that all rhinoplasties, without exception, must be operated by a team of two specialists, one ENT-surgeon and one Plastic surgeon.
A large number of rhinoplasty patients are not even aware of impaired breathing before rhinoplasty surgery, because they have been used to their deviated septum all their life.

Does rhinoplasty involve a scar ?
Not usually.
We prefer the so-called closed technique for the majority if cases, which works with incisions inside the nose.
With this technique there are no visible scars after the rhinoplasty.

Will my insurance pay for rhinoplasty?
Health care insurers fund rhinoplasty for functional reasons, when septum corrections are necessary.
Rhinoplasty may also be funded to correct disfigurement after an accident.
Aesthetic rhinoplasty will not usually be covered by healthcare insurers.
Does rhinoplasty hurt ?
Rhinoplasty is not a very painful procedure.
Analgesia (pain killer consumption) after rhinoplasty is amongst the lowest of all cosmetic surgery procedures.
The analgesia score (measured in a 1-10 scale) is 1,8, so about the lowest possible.

It was a hard decision to make which solution to opt for, I was really indecisive whether to go for round or teardrop implants. I was all a mystery to me before but I think my consultation was so thorough that I could have performed such an operation myself, I suppose.
